1. Warm water in the Morning:
Water is Life and Life is Beautiful! Don't waste it with bad mood or troubles in the air rather have a cheerful smile that everyone admires it.
This warm water helps in digestion and maintain the happy and relax mood all day round. So have a glass or two of warm water in the morning and during a day normal water of 7-8 glass.

The healthiest food items are green around. These above happy faces should be added more and more on our menus to have a happy humdrum of life.

An Apple a day keeps a doctor away. These proverbs tell us to not forget the best boons of life. Every day have one sampling of fruit or two. Have your seasonal fruits and be the happy nature fellow with good body, brain and heart!

5. Nuts on Diet Chart
Nuts for a sharp brain. Have a handful of almonds and various rich nuts daily on your diet charts. Be the Sharper, Stronger and Healthier one. Everyone looks for perfect shape and perfect weight then it includes in your everyday meal chart.

6. One Garlic piece squeezed for a second
Omg Garlic? Yeah! believe it is a healthier one so do have one piece squeezed for a second in your early morning every day. All your health problems will be far from your new healthier you.

7. Juices

Are you the one who love to have a can of soft drinks? Let me lead you to a reality check! Obvio! We love it as it tastes great and quenches our thirst well with its easy and cool product available in the market. But, it is a trap that has poor we. High in calories, risking life is not a joke why not I explore juices of different flavours. Have a change and the best one for you!

Instead of sugar shift to healthy substitute. Having a small piece of gur daily benefits in many ways with the right calorie to hit start a day and to not drop off with low mood and health.
